Libros de las Malas Compañías announces the II Illustrated Album Contest "People tell stories too", which this year is about: HOMELESS people tell stories too.

 

We understand “homeless people” to mean both those who were traditionally called “transients” as well as refugees or people victims of evictions who temporarily live in places that are not their homes.
